1. How to Request
Send an email to catholicmezmurapp@gmail.com from your registered account email.
Use subject line: Data Deletion Request – Catholic Hymn Book App.
Include:
- Your full name
- Your account email
- Any details to help identify your account
2. Data Deleted
Upon request, we will delete:
- Profile information (name, email)
- Uploaded hymns and metadata
- Any user-generated content
3. Data Retained
We retain (anonymized/aggregated only):
- Usage analytics for app improvement
- Records required by law (e.g. tax logs)
All retained data is de-identified and cannot be linked back to you .
4. Verification
For your security, we may request additional proof that the deletion request came from the account owner.
If we cannot verify ownership, we will follow Apple’s Data & Privacy guidelines for data access and deletion.
5. Legal Notes
This process meets Apple’s in-app deletion requirement effective June 30 2022 and aligns with COPPA for users under 13.
